Dunphy/Krowchun The Fairmont Copley
In late August we had the pleasure of doing a wedding at the elegant Fairmont Copley Hotel. When we learned where the wedding was being held we new that it was sure to be a real end of summer bash.
Our beautiful bride had exquisite but rather traditional taste as you can tell by her gorgeous bridal bouquet that included roses, lisianthus and a variety of soft and flowing greens.
The bridal party bouquets were also lovely with a variety of soft hues of champagnes, whites, soft pinks, ivory’s and greens. The flowers…hydrangeas, roses, lisianthus and textural greens and a moss green wrap.
The wedding party had a beautiful day to have their photos taken at The Boston Public Gardens. I love the dramatic backdrop provided by Mother Nature’s weeping willow tree.
The Grand Ballroom was divided with high and low centerpieces. The elevated centerpieces were arranged on top of a pilsner vase, the vase was filled with curly willow and topped off with a sweet combination of dahlia’s, roses, hydrangeas, snapdragon and lisianthus.
All of the centerpieces were placed on mirrors and surrounded by votive candles for a glowing reflection. The low centerpieces were designed in a compote with swirls of curly willow inserted.
The church was St Mary’s in Charlestown. Keep in mind that when your altar arrangement is designed in a tall vase it can serve a double duty by being transferred to the reception site after the ceremony. (As long as it is not prohibited by the church).
It’s amazing to pay a quick visit this web site and reading the views of all mates regarding this piece of writing,
while I am also keen of getting knowledge.
