Cedar Grove Gardens recently had the opportuniy to work with the owners of Ledge Kitchen & Drinks located at 2261 Dorchester Avenue in Lower Mills in readying their oversized patio and outside dining area. This was a great opportunity for us in expanding our CONTAINERS!!! program that we introduced last spring. Stop by and enjoy the garden patio at Lower Mills' newest restaurant, Ledge. Here is the place to meet friends for lunch, dinner or an afternoon cocktail. 
The patio features teak furniture and umbrellas along with a few simple permanent plantings of espaliered Euonymus, climbing Hydrangea, Zelkova Elms and clump Birch. The main decorative feature of the patio is the numerous container plantings. The containers come from Campania, a company that features the fullest selection of fine quality containers.  
Our planters include ornamental fountain grasses, potatoe vine, caladiums and crotons. We strived to create a textural fine quality planting and we invite you to stop by and check it out. 
We have received many positive comments on our work there and we thank Ledge for including us in there plans to move Lower Mills forward in another positive way. While in Lower Mills you should also take a look at the planters we helped the Lower Mills Merchants Association place throughout the neighborhood. We are a member of the Association and commend Tony Paciulli, President, from Meetinghouse Bank for making it active and visible in so many ways. Dorchester, brighter and better than you might think!!!
